In order to be able to deal with your request properly, we need to confirm your identity, avoiding any incident with your personal data. To do this, we ask that you send us a photo of you holding an ID document that can prove your identity. Please note that the deadline for responding to your request will be 15 (fifteen) days, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13709/2018). If a longer period is required to respond to your request, we will inform you within the initial deadline of the reasons for the extension and the expected response time.

In some cases, due to legal obligations, the execution of contracts and the regular exercise of rights in judicial and administrative proceedings, or other legitimate reason, your request may not be fulfilled, or may be fulfilled in part.
