Controller:<\/b> An individual or legal entity, whether governed by public or private law, responsible for decisions relating to the Processing of Personal Data.<\/span><\/p>

Personal Data:<\/b> Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as name, RG [General Registration], CPF [Individual Taxpayer ID], gender, date and place of birth, telephone number, address, GPS location, bank card, income, payment history, consumption habits, leisure preferences; IP (Internet Protocol) address, among others.<\/span><\/p>

Sensitive Personal Data:<\/b> Personal data on racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a trade union or religious, philosophical or political organization, data concerning health or sex life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to an individual.<\/span><\/p>

Data Protection Officer (“DPO”):<\/b> The individual designated as the formal data protection officer, as provided for in the data protection laws, the LGPD, for a given territory. The DPO can be an insider or an outsider.<\/span><\/p>

Operator:<\/b> An individual or legal entity, governed by public or private law, processing personal data on behalf of the Controller.<\/span><\/p>

Data Subject:<\/b> Identified or identifiable individual to whom a specific Personal Data refers.<\/span><\/p>
